The role works alongside project teams and supports the Senior Interior Designer in the delivery of new and existing projects.Key AccountabilitiesPrepare & update fittings, finishes & equipment schedules in line with project budget across a variety of projectsReview furnishing schedules & create visuals to demonstrate intentReview detail design drawings to endorse for constructionResearch, understand, and interpret design concepts, materials & equipment to support portfolio and brand strategyManage in-house sample library and order samplesReview conceptual project renders to ensure correct representation of finishes, furnishings & design intentAssist with the installation of furnishings and display material to support Sales Launches and eventsAssist with procurement of suitable furniture, décor, finishes, and equipment for the launch of display villages and community facilitiesMonitor procurement against set budgetsEnsure all project documentation is updated and filed accordinglyPrepare post-installation & site inspection reportsAbout YouQualification in Interior Design or Property Styling highly regardedProficient with Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft OfficeExperience with REVIT would be highly regardedConfident in building relationships with suppliers and stakeholdersHave a passion for colour, style, and an eye for detailUnderstanding of space planningGood organisational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budgetStrong communication and negotiation skillsCurrent driver’s licenceCulture And BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression, and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
