Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant nationwide business that right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a great team.Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing high-level support to users both on and off-site.Key Responsibilities include: Providing hands-on hardware and software support for Active Directory, operating system builds from images, and troubleshootingManaging the tickets raised by the service ticketing systemInstalling, moving, adding, and changing equipment and softwareMaintaining the Client's NetworkPerforming proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problemsProviding reports as requested by management or by the customerUsing remote software tools to monitor all the devicesSkills we are looking for: Minimum of 1 year experience performing level 1 supportDetailed knowledge and experience of Active DirectoryDetailed knowledge of various desktop and server operating systemsFriendly, welcoming professional with good telephone mannersWell-presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a teamPossesses great written and verbal communication skillsWorks well independently and productively within a small team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
