The Inspirations Paint Warners Bay Store is looking for an enthusiastic Paint Sales Assistant for a permanent part-time position available at one of our flagship Inspirations Paint stores.
As part of the Dulux Group, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.
To be successful, applicants would ideally have some paint knowledge or relevant personal experience in home improvement projects and be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career.

Based initially at the Warners Bay Store, you may also be required to work at other locations from time to time.
Business hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm Saturday, and 9am to 1pm Sunday.
You will be required to work some weekends on rotation.
Responsibilities include: Following our "Inspirations Way" Providing exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers Tinting and mixing paint, colour advice and matching Paint and accessory deliveries as required Store presentation, stock management and housekeeping Reporting to the Store Manager Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirements Experience / Attributes: A background in sales and/or customer service with a paint specialist or in a hardware environment would be an advantage Practical experience in home improvement projects desirable Proven customer service and sales experience with a strong knowledge of sales processes Able to problem solve using advanced communication skills A willingness to learn and continually improve Able to contribute and work in a small team environment Honest, reliable and punctual Basic computer skills This role involves some heavy lifting up to 25kg If you want to be part of a professional and dedicated team representing Australia's leading Paint specialist stores, we would like to hear from you.
