Specializing in either the Executive, Construction, Financial, IT or HR sectors, you'll be key in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent, ensuring both clients and candidates thrive. Responsibilities: Business Development: Establish, build, and maintain strong client relationships. Understand the evolving needs of the industries you serve, offering tailored solutions and advice. Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various tools and platforms. Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates ready for various roles and opportunities. Candidate Relationship Management: Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and beyond. Offer industry-specific advice to candidates, including CV formatting, interview preparation, and career planning. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and shifts, ensuring Glen Fisk Recruitment remains at the forefront of the sectors we serve. Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences to network and gather insights. Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with the internal team to refine and enhance recruitment processes and strategies. Offer feedback and insights from your sector, contributing to the overall growth and direction of Glen Fisk Recruitment. Qualifications and attributes required: Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the Executive, Construction, Financial, or HR sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with recruitment software and platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
