Are you a recent PR or communications graduate or someone with up to a year of experience looking to break into the world of luxury design, architecture, and lifestyle PR? Whispr Communications is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PR Coordinator to join our team. If you’re passionate about storytelling, media, and beautifully designed spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
At Whispr, we work with some of the most exciting local and global brands, creating bespoke PR strategies that elevate them in the design and lifestyle space. We craft compelling narratives, build strong media relationships, and deliver standout events that connect brands with their audiences. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.
As a PR Coordinator, you’ll be supporting our team across a variety of projects, working closely with media, designers, and industry tastemakers.

* Media Relations: Assisting in media outreach, pitching, and building relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
* Content Creation: Writing press releases, media pitches, and social media content that resonates with premium audiences.
* Event Support: Helping plan and execute media events, product launches, and industry activations.
* Media Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking coverage, compiling media lists, and preparing reports for clients.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day PR tasks, from maintaining databases to coordinating press materials.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and loves a beautifully told story. A keen eye for detail, strong writing skills, and an interest in design, interiors, architecture, and lifestyle brands will set you apart. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy collaborating with a creative team, and have a good sense of humour, you’ll fit right in.
At Whispr, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering a supportive team culture.
