Team Leader, The Way Back Support ServicesCommunity Development (Community Services & Development)RFQ are currently recruiting Full-Time Team Leader in The Way Back Support Services team based in Caboolture.Lead The Way Back Support Services team, using your experience to empower and guide a dedicated team in providing compassionate support and impactful recovery services.The Way Back Support Service is a follow-up suicide prevention program. Support is provided for up to three months and targets those at the highest risk through referrals following hospital presentations or through specialist mental health services.The Team Leader is responsible for overall operational management of The Way Back Support Service program and operational supervision of Support Coordinators.No day is the same, but it may include:Lead and mentor the team of support coordinators to deliver high quality support services.Manage client intake and case allocation processes and ensure appropriate assessment, planning and casework practices are applied.Oversee documentation upholding minimum data reporting and duty of care requirements.Actively collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support clients with skill development, capacity building, and community connections.You will need:A degree in a human services related field with at least one year relevant experience, or less formal qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide a talented team, drive success, innovation, and growth together.A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity.Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property).Undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld).Why RFQ?At RFQ, we are committed to providing a supportive, collaborative, and empowering environment, where everyone can thrive.
