Permanent full-time position | Western Sydney location - Yennora Work at one of the largest industrial sites in the Southern Hemisphere Join one of Australia's largest diversified real estate groups We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our Investment Management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the performance of our industrial assets within Sydney, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Budgeting and Reporting : Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets and provide accurate monthly forecasting and property reporting.
Asset Management : Drive asset net profit by maximizing revenue opportunities and managing expenditure within budget.
Lease Management : Manage lease administration, including accuracy of lease set up, rent reviews and managing critical dates.
Tenant Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Contractor Management : Ensure contractors and service providers complete tasks satisfactorily, respond to queries, and manage timely payment of invoices.
Sustainability Initiatives : Implement and drive programs to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.
About You Experience : Solid understanding and work experience in property management, preferably within an industrial setting.
Knowledge : Good working knowledge of lease documentation, land legislation, and OH&S. Skills : Strong analytical and financial budgeting skills, with a client-focused approach.
Attributes : Ability to maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
