As an EL1 level Assistant Director, you will shape and influence Disability reform initiatives, driving policy and market innovations that directly impact the lives of individuals in need of disability support.
You will work in areas such as:
* Home and Living Reform
* Home and Living Supports
* Pricing and Economics
* Specialist Disability Accommodation and more
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape policy reforms to improve support systems.
* Lead and support team initiatives to deliver high-quality policy guidance.
* Foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the disability sector.
* Guide the development of a robust and efficient disability support market.
* Deliver evidence-based recommendations through data analysis.

About You: Our ideal candidates will have:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
