Trainer & Assessor - Security & Fire Warden & Emergency Response
We’re looking for a dynamic trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment in Security Operations, Fire Warden, and Emergency Response. You’ll facilitate engaging sessions, assess students, and contribute to enhancing our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate training sessions both on-site and at client locations.
* Assess student skills and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate student records and training documentation.
* Ensure training equipment is in excellent condition.
* Stay updated on industry standards through professional development.
* Collaborate with the team to improve training programs.
Requirements:
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to obtain.
* Proven experience in Fire Warden and Emergency Response training.
* Certificate II & III in Security Operations.
* Provide First Aid Certificate.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management.
* Certificate III in Investigative Services.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Security, Police, or Justice Administration.
Licence Requirements:
* Security Agent Licence (Crowd Control, General Guarding, Body Guarding).
* Security Industry Trainer Licence.
* Driver’s Licence (Class C): Manual and automatic vehicles.
