Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use complexes
* Liaise with property owners and tenants to address their needs
* Coordinate quotations, repairs, and maintenance for required works
* Organize Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
* Perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance
* Receive support from an assistant and administrative team
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing your own strata portfolio
* Holding current Property Manager registration and a valid driver's license
* Demonstrating a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships
* Strong understanding of relevant compliance requirements
* Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks
