Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented professional to lead the delivery of advanced scientific data models and analytics responsible for all Credit and Fraud Risk decisions across Optus Group.
1. Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data models, driving informed decision-making for credit and fraud risk management.
2. Design and implement strategic changes to manage over 3 million applications per year through automated systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive improved financial performance across Optus Group, identifying key priorities and developing strategies to achieve annual goals.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to support business growth.
5. Apply expertise in data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis to develop and deploy predictive models that meet business requirements.
6. Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to optimize data-driven decision-making.
7. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent applied quantitative field.
