They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Administrator to support their learning and development programs across the business unit. This contract is exciting and rewarding and based in Sydney Olympic Park with WFH options!
The Job
Throughout this exciting L&D Admin contract, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Providing administrative support to the learning and development team
* Plan and deliver enterprise-wide and local learning programs, including communications and intranet updates on opportunities
* Manage vendor contracts, onboarding, and purchasing/invoicing for the L&D team
* Provide project coordination, system administration, and SME support for the Compass LMS
You
To be successful in this Learning & Development Administration role, you must have experience in the following areas:
* At least 12 months experience in a Learning and Development Support/Admin capacity
* Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a must
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work towards deadlines and with a wide range of stakeholders
