We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO by managing executive functions, coordinating meetings and communications, and assisting in the administration of key projects. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Office of the CEO and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: Managing the CEO's calendar, emails, and scheduling meetings Preparing reports, policy documents, and grant applications Handling phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Organising travel, accommodation, and event coordination Providing agenda preparation, minute-taking, and document collation for meetings Ensuring all documentation is professionally prepared and presented Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate engagements Ideally, You Will Have: Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in executive support, governance, or high-level business administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business software Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and problem-solve effectively Strong confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Essential Requirements: Current Driver's Licence Working With Children Check & Fit2Work Police Check Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per mandatory requirements) Experience in executive-level administration or personal assistant roles Desirable Skills & Experience: Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Support Officer Understanding of community-based organisations and governance Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders How to Apply All applications MUST be received via the GBS Recruitment website ( #927244 and include a cover letter outlining your experience.
