The Opportunity We are looking to add another highly skilled, experienced IT Support Technician to our amazing team to provide Systems and Networking support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting a range of hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network equipment. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining system performance, availability, and reliability while delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities Provide IT support to clients at a high level related to hardware, software, and network infrastructureInstall, configure, and maintain various operating systems and software applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, servers, mobile phones and network equipmentTroubleshooting Network Issues: Identifying and resolving network-related problems to ensure smooth operationsProvide support to end-users in person, over the phone, and via emailSet up and maintain user accounts and security groups in Active DirectoryIdentifying recurring incident trends and providing insights to peers and the Operations ManagerImplement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutionsCollaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issuesDocument and maintain IT procedures and processesProvide support to sales. Technology Experience (Requirements) Microsoft - HyperV, Azure, Office 365, ServerCisco – CCNA Routing and switching (Working towards CCNP) is essential AV and FirewallAutotask and Datto (RMM)Azure-based cloud environment (Preferred) Proven experience in Cyber Security Candidate Criteria Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role providing IT support Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office productsProven network setup and configuration experienceExperience in managing and supporting network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewallsGood knowledge of virtualization technologies ie.
