Role Description:
We're looking for a full-time Event Manager to plan, design, and execute events.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
You'll be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and teams to ensure the seamless delivery of events that inspire connection and happiness through creative experiences.
Responsibilities:
Executing medium to large-scale events including: Concept design and detailed, visual proposals Brand advice and strategy Concise, accurate budgeting Accurate and timely data entry into systems software and project management tools Delegation of tasks required to complete projects Qualifications:
Experience and Education
2+ years of event management experience (highly desirable) Ambitious graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field (highly desirable) Local knowledge and industry connections (desirable) Understanding of, and experience in agency environments (desirable) Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Social media and digital marketing experience (desirable) Event Management Skills
Proven track record of delivering successful events on time and within budget Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills Attention to detail in processes, systems, budgeting, and reporting Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges Interpersonal & Team Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships A collaborative mindset—excels in a close-knit, creative team Self-motivated with initiative and independent thinking Customer-focused, ensuring exceptional service and meaningful interactions Mindset and Culture Fit
