As our Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring the best early childhood educators and support staff. Key Responsibilities: Source potential talent through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks Assess candidate applications and confidently screen and contact, providing detailed recommendations to Talent Business partners Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Values of Explorers, building strong relationships with external talent and developing future talent pools Support the Talent Business Partners with screening, interviews, reference checks and candidate conversations with the upmost professionalism, integrity, and candidate care, always adhering to the Privacy Act Maintain recruitment data in JobAdder (bonus points if you’ve used it before). Ensure all pre-employment documentation is in place, including background checks, qualifications, and contracts. Drive recruitment initiatives to boost our brand visibility and attract more amazing candidates. Foster strong relationships with external partners to keep our talent pipeline flowing. What We’re Looking For: A natural people-person with the ability to build relationships and provide top-tier customer service. Strong multitasking skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy in documentation and process management. Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (highly favoured) Familiarity with JobAdder or similar ATS platforms.
