What You Will Be Doing Reading project tender & quotation documents working with the Project Manager.
Coordinating successful delivery of AV projects & labour budget.
Assist in planning for project & resources, cut offs from project documentation.
Installation and commissioning of AV systems, working with programmers & engineers.
Site supervision duties & subcontractor management.
Tracking project documentation, including Hardware schedules and audit documentation.
Preparing professional project communications using MS Office, Acconex and any other relevant communication tools.
QA control - site management of installation quality and documentation of testing & commissioning process.
Conducting site audits, OHS risk assessment, toolbox talks and promoting a safety culture.
Reporting project status to Project Managers.
Monitoring project hours and costs in line with EQUANS fundamentals with PM.
Resolving project issues & ensuring customer complaints are resolved with PM.
Tracking and reconciliation of project Bills of Material (BOM).
AV rack build as required.
Rectification of system defects during Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Attending site meetings as required.
Complete service call outs as required.
Service trouble shooting, DSP & control system maintenance.
Work with Service department to review planned maintenance requirements.
Managing site support of client service requests.
Mentoring and development of trainee technicians.
Available for regional works as required.

What You Need Min 5 years' experience in the AV industry.
Well-organised, methodical and a logical thinker.
Experience in service/maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
Experience in commercial and construction audio visual installations.
Construction induction card.
Current Australian driver's license.
Computing skills in MS Office (MS Teams, Word and Excel etc).
Open cabling license with structured endorsement.
Elevated Work Platform licence.
Working With Children Check.
First Aid (Desirable Qualifications).
