Across the Monadelphous workforce, you will find stories of people who took an opportunity to make a difference with us and built a career and lifetime friendships as a result.We employee over 7,500 highly skilled people who contribute positively to our operations and the communities in which we operate.Ours is a culture built over 50 years, and it's the reason for our continued success.Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division.Our delivery of high-quality work within the Oil and Gas sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry's leading operators.Our Energy division is seeking an E&I Coordinator.This role will be based in Darwin on a Monday to Friday basis.Role Responsibilities: Review of work scopes for execution readiness to ensure the safe and timely delivery of works.Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, external vendors and/or subcontractors to deliver work scopes.Work closely with the execution team in the Planning, execution and close out of all E&I work scopes.Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.Mentor / Coach peers and colleagues to further develop the E&I Team.Why us?
