As a Senior Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery & coordination, and you will ensure that assigned major maintenance, minor capital projects & other packages are delivered effectively and safely. This role is based on site at the Tomago Smelter and is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Worley’s key contracts with long term, successful client relationships.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Senior Construction Coordinator to join our Tomago team.
The role responsibilities include:
* Delivering projects from initiation through to site installation and commissioning.
* Manage all aspects of project delivery such as: scope of work clarification, schedules, procurement within SAP with suppliers, effective engagement of execution contractors on site, interacting with the client representatives.
* Co-ordinate the site inspections and meetings as required with contractors and client.
* Perform low voltage isolations and hold isolation permits.
* Manage and ensure accountability of contractors.
* Strong adherence to HSE standards and site requirements.
What you’ll have
* An electrical or mechanical trade qualification with demonstrated ability to manage a team of contractors.
* Significant work experience on industrial sites.
* A dedication to client satisfaction.
* Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
* You will be an enthusiastic team player, self-motivated, proactive thinker and resourceful.
* Have a demonstrated ability to work independently and a “can do” attitude.
* Be flexible and adaptable to change in priorities at short notice.
