The TeamLeader is a role within SA Housing Authority and is accountable tothe Operations Manager for:
Leading andmanaging a team to deliver a range of housing services and outcomesto customers across the housing continuum within a geographicalarea of up to 2,000 public housing properties, encompassing bothpublic and private rental.
Managing thedevelopment of appropriate case management strategies for customerswith high or complex needs.
Linking andplanning with SA Housing Authority partners to create connectedservice opportunities and modelling the behaviours aligned with theservice values of SA Housing Authority.
SpecialConditions
1. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
2. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a DHS Screening Unit Working with Children Check prior to being employed and every 5 years.
3. The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Driver’s Licence, which must be maintained.
4. The incumbent must be prepared to move between regional locations in SA Housing Authority as required.
5. Some intrastate travel may be required.
6. Some out of hours work may be required upon activation of the Emergency Relief Functional Support Group.
