We are open to flexible working arrangements, so part-time and full time will both be considered. Within this role, you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
As an Occupational Therapist Graduate Supervisor at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our remote peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors, as well as access to our Team Leader Development Program to accelerate your career!
You will be working closely with our new graduate therapists and assisting them with report writing, shadowing appointments, regular catch-ups, and being their biggest cheerleader so they can build up their confidence and become great community therapists!
