Responsibilities: Serve as the second-in-command to the manager, handling all duties in their absence. Assist the Manager with day-to-day operational issues. Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Promptly address questions from staff and other stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors. Prepare and file forms and other necessary documents. Update logs and order forms as needed. Analyze operations and provide improvement suggestions to the Manager. Requirements: 1+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite. Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana. Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills.
