Status: Part-time/4hours a day/20 hours a week
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8AM - 2PM Manila Time with 2 hours unpaid break

Job Objective:
To seek a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, marketing, and digital advertising. This role involves creating and posting engaging content, managing marketing campaigns, processing purchase orders online, and handling various adhoc tasks. Proficiency in basic Chinese is preferred to assist with our diverse market base.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
* Schedule and publish posts, ensuring content is consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
* Monitor and respond to audience interactions and feedback in a timely manner.
* Design and implement social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
* Handle the processing of online purchase orders efficiently and accurately, and coordinate with the factory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Assist with various other tasks and admin duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant experience in social media marketing or related field.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
* Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising tools.
* Basic knowledge of Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) is preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
