In this role, the successful Product Design Manager will lead a team responsible for enhancing the user experience and product design strategies across a portfolio of software solutions. Responsibilities include: Advocate for user-centred design across the business and coach your team on Business Analysis methods. Experience working in Agile environments, focusing on continuous improvement. Ideal: 8 years’ experience in Business Analysis or UX. 2 years of people leadership experience.
