Key Responsibilities:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the ANZ retail and carrier channel, eCommerce landscape, partners, and end customer needs.
Digital Program Development: Deploy online quality rebate (OQR) and other digital programs to enhance partner digital CX capabilities at all levels, from tactical to strategic, driving conversion improvements.
Collaborate with Business Development and RTM teams to develop new digital capabilities, capture growth opportunities through optimizing partner digital channels, and leverage digital analytics to identify scalable opportunities.
Partner Capability Assessment: Analyze partner digital capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring close collaboration with Account Managers and Marketing.
Capability Scorecards: Maintain a repository of partner capability scorecards, updating them as needed.
Relationship Building and Execution: Build relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure flawless execution across programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in workshops to identify opportunities to improve digital customer experience capabilities with partners, working closely with WW Digital Channel team and other cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to execute digital playbooks for the region.
