Casual Disability Support Practitioner - CareForce Greater West We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.
This service operates 24x7. You will need to be available for 4-5 days (25-30 hours minimum) for coverage over a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight 'waking shifts'. About the role Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
