Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring seamless property services with minimal disruption to client business operations. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong client focus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure business continuity.
* Oversee budgets and cost expenditure for facilities management, covering preventative and reactive maintenance.
* Implement and monitor asset management to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
* Conduct property condition audits and ensure preventative maintenance is effectively managed.
* Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, innovations, and best practices.
* Ensure safety measures are in place and align with legislative and compliance requirements.
* Conduct risk assessments and proactively address hazards.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and collaboration.
* Effectively manage client, landlord, and supplier relationships with a strong focus on customer experience.
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting for facility operations.
About You:
* Experience as a Facilities Manager, covering both Soft Services and Hard Services.
* Strong knowledge of commercial property software systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
