Qualifications & experience SA, SI, HRWL.Dual ticket SA, SI - RA, RI, DG HRWL.White Card.Working at Heights (date within 2 years)Confined Space (date within 2 years)Able to safely work at Heights.Physically fit and capable of Manual work.Prepared to undergo a Medical – DAS.Own transport to and from project may be required if local or DIDO Tasks & responsibilities The primary responsibilities include designing, setting up, modifying, and taking down scaffolding systems, all while adhering to safety guidelines, keeping detailed records, and aligning with team goals and company protocols.Job Assessment & Scaffolding Design: Evaluate the project's specific requirements by considering factors like height, weight capacity, and access points. This step involves mapping out the scaffolding's structure.Scaffold Assembly & Safety Implementation: Physically construct the scaffold based on the design, ensuring platforms are set at the right levels and integrating safety features like guardrails and secure attachments to buildings.Safe Dismantling & Site Cleanup: After the task is done, safely disassemble the scaffold and clear it from the location.Hazard & Defect Detection: Recognise any potential risks or flaws in the scaffold setup. Address and fix these concerns promptly to maintain safety standards.Upholding Safety & Work Standards: Consistently follow established safety guidelines, work protocols, and best practices to ensure a hazard-free workspace.Timely Task Completion: Finish designated tasks within the set timeframe, guaranteeing efficient scaffold management.Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, which might include safety inspections, equipment checks, and scaffold modifications.Issue Reporting: Immediately inform supervisors or the concerned authority about any challenges or failures that could affect the company or its stakeholders.Achieving Goals & Team Collaboration: Strive to meet individual objectives while also contributing to the team's overarching goals through effective communication and teamwork.
