At Neighbourhood, a Digital Project Manager is also the one doing the work so that every day can bring something new. Here are some of the day-to-day tasks our Digital Project Managers do for our clients… HubSpot Onboard new clients to HubSpot - follow our internal process with education and implementation. Implement sales processes and automation to help the clients' staff with their sales process (you're not selling, they are using your processes) Creation of reporting for Marketing, Sales & Service Development of customer journey mapping (using Miro) and implementation Training and Education on the HubSpot Platform Website Development Wireframing in Miro based on the client's requirements Working with our design team to create amazing user experiences Working with our development team to help build out the websites (mostly with HubSpot CMS) Sometimes work with our dev team on complex API projects Project Management Work, plan and manage in Click up Communication via slack, email and video with our clients (don't worry, they rock) Internal and external reporting (We use Databox so it's not labour-intensive) See something above you’re not sure about?
