About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our large multidisciplinary team in Melbourne.As a community-based physiotherapist under our in-Home Care (IHC) team, you will be responsible for clinical care to consumers in a community setting.Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role is responsible for delivering high quality, best practice care that meets the expectation of the consumer and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for consumer.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for clinical rehabilitation, and experience in running group exercise classes at day therapy centres.You will work with various funding bodies, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, CHSP, and privately funded clients.Key Tasks: Participate as a key member of Health and Wellbeing staff providing a service to demonstrate a level of professional conduct that reflects the Baptcare Vision, Mission and Values Assessment and planning, and the delivery of safe and effective care;
