You will be a key leader ensuring our busy workshop operates efficiently and meets the highest quality of standards.The role:Plan & coordinate the daily workflow activities both in the workshop and onsite.Manage daily operations, people management, scheduling, timesheets, materials, and job tracking.Minimum 5 years full-time experience in the engineering industry.Permanent full-time role.Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Design and Fabrication standards, WHS, and QA.Mentor and motivate the team, promoting excellence and efficiency.Report directly to the General Manager.The Successful applicant:Must have the legal right to work in Australia.Trade Qualification (Metal Fabrication and Welding) with significant experience (minimum 5 years).Supervision experience within a diverse fabrication workshop.Computer literacy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.Strong written & communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to read, understand, and convey instructions from complex drawings and diagrams.Work effectively within a team in a dynamic and responsive environment.Some of the benefits of working with Applied Engineering Services:Located in Griffith NSW in a highly multicultural community.Wage and benefits package (negotiable: dependent on skills and experience).Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects within various industries.For a confidential discussion about the role, please contact our office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
