Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Super + BonusReference ID: 19802312Contact: David Smith Email: ****** Call: 0414 439 786 West Sector: Accounting and Finance Job Summary - 2 roles - $130,000 - 150,000 + super + bonus- ICT Procurement experience essential- Based in Western Sydney with onsite parking - hybrid modelJob Description Your new employer:Our client is a leader in the infrastructure industry where both the company and the industry are going through a huge period of change and evolution - it is a very exciting time to join their business.Your new role:Partnering with ICT Stakeholders to provide strategic direction to the leadership team and ICT procurement team encompassing category management, market engagement and ongoing management of the ICT portfolio of vendors and contracts.The role will also partner with ICT Stakeholders to bring commercial acumen and supply market expertise to support options analysis, strategy development and decision making in relation to ICT expenditure and supplier engagement whilst driving accountability of suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve contracted responsibilities, resolve issues and realise expected benefits. Partner with ICT Stakeholders and provide insight and strategic market analysis to support their key decisions Manage the efficient and effective operational delivery of category management, demand management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract management. Support the delivery of the company's ICT Vendor Management Framework. Develop and promote contract management strategies to support the creation and monitoring of contracts (including KPI development, performance reviews). Ensure contracts promote good value for money, reliability, delivery, contractual arrangements, and probity Report to the management team on the status of key supplier relationships, financial viability, and management stability and provide updates on supply market opportunities and changes. What we need from you: Tertiary qualification in procurement or a related discipline such as business or management or equivalent experience Certification/training in the management of contracts & vendors Strong stakeholder management skills Technical and commercial ICT expertise including exposure to: ITIL and other common ICT management frameworks Pricing and charging models within ICT contracts Service and performance measurement approaches in managed services contracts Common contractual structures and models for delivery of ICT managed services.
