We're growing rapidly and now looking for a dedicated Project Manager/Planner to join our team as we continue to expand, providing innovative signage solutions from Cairns to Brisbane and across Queensland, including remote areas like Mount Isa. If you’re passionate about project management, safety, and delivering high-quality construction projects, this could be the role for you.About the Role:This full-time, permanent position is perfect for a motivated professional who is excited about managing the planning, fabrication, and construction of signage and billboard structures. You’ll oversee everything from safety compliance to project budgets and timelines while working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, you will ensure that each project meets or exceeds industry standards.The role is diverse and requires travel across Queensland for installation and maintenance of billboards. The successful candidate will have the chance to grow with a company that values innovation, leadership and culture!Key Responsibilities:Workplace Health and Safety (OH&S):Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Proactively manage and mitigate safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff, subcontractors, and the public.Project Management and Scheduling:Develop and maintain a detailed work schedule for projects at least three months in advance.Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise projects, provide cost quotations, and monitor expenditure to ensure projects are delivered within budget.Client and Vendor Coordination:Oversee the installation and maintenance of advertising signage, ensuring all structures are professionally maintained and meet quality standards.Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes.Reporting and Documentation Management:Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety actions, permits, inspections, and other critical documentation.Provide regular reports to the Operations Director on project status, budget adherence, and upcoming work.Technical Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and Australian engineering standards for signage construction.Monitor and implement improvements in fabrication processes and new technologies to ensure top-notch service delivery.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within the construction or signage industries working on projects between $300K - $2MStrong knowledge of OH&S regulations, with the ability to enforce safety practices and manage risks.Strong organisational, scheduling, budgeting & compliance skills.Ability to prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to work & manage internal teams, clients, and contractors.A solid understanding of building codes and regulations as they apply to sign construction ideally with engineering background or specific job experienceProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We Offer:On offer for the successful applicant is a full-time permanent position, full training provided, competitive salary, as well as all entitlements and the opportunity to work within an expanding innovative company with potential for future career opportunities.Why Work With Us?Work in a dynamic and supportive environment.Join an expanding company with potential for future career opportunities.Competitive Salary, company perks and cultureApply Now!To apply, please submit your resume via Seek or send your application directly to (emailprotected)
