You are: A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know the business development phases of a sales cycle, including account development, opportunity identification, relationship development, and qualification by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. Your focus is on development of Security opportunities. You develop primary relationships with key Accenture account personnel, most significantly client account leads (CALs), to identify opportunities to solve client pain points and growth objectives utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging Identity Access Management. Additionally, you will support the account personnel in building relationships with key buyers through bringing business and technical expertise to business development conversations. The work: Identify complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs and network-oriented solutions.Create differentiated opportunities based on Security offerings and joint go-to-market plays developed through the Accenture Security.Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client contact plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Security transformation and operations strategies and practices.Prospect new opportunities proactively through client account leads and direct client contact.Focus on progression of new opportunities to rapid qualification and advancement to Stage 2B (priced proposal).Able to travel Monday-Thursday. Here's what you need: Minimum of 5 years of Business Development in the professional services space - specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management and other Security Related Services.Minimum of 5 years' Sales Pursuit Management experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in direct sales with quota of $8M+.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Bonus points if you have: Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security.Experience working within Security customers.Selling the latest in Identity Access Management, Managed Detection & Response, SIEM, Zero Trust, SASE, etc.Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.Ability to discuss network modernization and operations "on the fly" with VP+ clients and working level technical resources.Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers.High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.
