Are you an experienced pricing leader with a passion for driving profitability and strategic growth?
CSR is looking for a Pricing Manager to develop and implement a best-in-class pricing methodology that enhances business performance across multiple brands.
The Opportunity: As the Pricing Manager, you will lead the development of a structured, data-driven pricing framework to optimize pricing, improve margins, and drive EBIT growth.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders to align pricing decisions with business objectives, ensuring consistency and transparency across all CSR brands.
Key Responsibilities: Develop & Implement Pricing Strategy – Establish a systematic, consistent approach to pricing through data analysis, market insights, and competitive positioning.
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with executive leaders to align pricing decisions with overall business strategy and drive EBIT improvement.
Pricing Standardization – Lead the implementation and execution of a standardized pricing methodology across multiple CSR brands.
Governance & Compliance – Develop and oversee pricing governance frameworks to ensure adherence to best practices.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Implement standardized reporting and develop benefits tracking to ensure transparency in pricing decisions.
Capability Building – Drive pricing capability uplift across CSR brands through training, coaching, and ongoing initiatives.
System & Process Leadership – Own and lead the standardization of CSR's PRISM system within the sales process.
About you: 10+ years of experience leading pricing strategies in a large business enterprise.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics, etc.).
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering results through others.Robust strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable pricing strategies.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in developing and embedding pricing frameworks in complex environments.
Demonstrated success in delivering pricing projects on time and within scope, ensuring business impact and measurable outcomes.
