Our 2000 local experts, backed by our global experience and network of partners, are working to solve the world’s toughest challenges in government, intelligence, defence, aviation, border protection, and health markets.Your New Role and ResponsibilitiesThe position for a Training Specialist for a 6-month contracting period with potential extensions to play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of the Health Knowledge Management System by analyzing training requirements and contributing to the development of the curriculum and training program.Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, this role ensures that employees have the knowledge and skills needed to use the new system effectively.Provide specialist training knowledge (Systems Approach to Defence Learning) and apply this approach in developing training documentation for governance and compliance.Contribute to the development and delivery of the training solution for HKM System Operational Release.Proactively engage and liaise closely with Defence stakeholders, software development teams, and clinical Subject Matter Experts.Development, preparation, maintenance, and presentation of quality learning and development work.What You’ll Bring to Make An ImpactExperience with developing Performance Needs Assessment Reports for Defence inclusive of knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning.Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and proactively managing customer expectations.Experience with training end-users; inclusive of training plans, customer engagement, and training delivery.Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent activities while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies, and risk.TAE40116 Certificate IV - Training and Assessment (desirable).Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
