Great opportunity to lead our Production Warehouse Team, showcase your people skills!Do you have lean manufacturing experience?We want you!SAP or an ERP system experience highly regarded At Regent RV, we pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable experience to our customers through the prestigious products and exceptional quality we offer.Being part of a global company, we are experiencing a substantial level of rapid growth as we embark on this journey to become a top leader in the industry.From humble beginnings, we have built a strong and passionate team that supports us in planning for future development.We produce multiple brands including Snowy River and NewGen caravans.As the Warehouse Team Leader - Production at Regent RV, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic manufacturing environment, responsible for overseeing and guiding a dedicated team in the production of high-quality recreational vehicles.Your role will involve managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and team performance.Key Tasks/Responsibilities : Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the production stores team.Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations while handling materials and operating equipment.Conduct regular safety inspections and participate/lead training sessions for the team.Ensure safe and accurate handling, storage, and tracking of inventory movements in and out of the store.Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely escalation to the inventory controller of any potential stockouts or overstock situations.Coordinate order picking, packing (as required), and replenishment processes to meet production/customer demands.Collaborate with other departments to help expedite stock shortages/ replenishments and ensure timely delivery of goods to the relevant department.Identify and participate in process improvements projects and implement best practices to streamline operational and inventory management workflows.Support the resolution of inventory-related issues and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and production workflow.Support the development and maintenance of SAP inventory management systems, including processes and procedures, to accurately track stock movements and optimize inventory control.If you're passionate about inventory and staff management and eager to make an impact in our caravan industry, we'd love to hear from you!Send us your resume now.No agencies thank you, we've got this one!We pride ourselves in delivering ever better-quality and prestigious products to our customers and seek to be a leader in the industry.We are part of a global company and are currently experiencing rapid growth and are developing our business for the future.
