Warranty & Quality Administrator

We need a customer service expert! Someone who excels at building relationships, coordinating tasks, and ensuring positive results for both internal and external customers.
Working across multiple divisions and software systems, you’ll soon get to know the team well as you coordinate the service orders raised for warranty jobs for our customers on our underground mining equipment.
You’ll have your finger on the pulse and know where each job is at. You’re a key player in expediting processes for our customers and their Komatsu reps. Accurate and timely records are key to pulling reports using data from various sources.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Register Warranty Claims
* Process Warranty claims in Komatsu’s systems
* Interface with key business stakeholders to progress Warranty Claims
* Assist in determination of Root Cause of Warranty Claims by working with Quality Team
* Review contract T&C’s to determine and adjudicate on applicable T&C’s
* Prepare and distribute warranty customer reports
* Gather and develop monthly Quality reporting requirements
* Process and administration of all equipment back charge claims
* Continuously improving the Warranty processes
* Using SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and other MS applications daily
