A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage a skilled IT Desktop Support to join a highly capable team. In this you will assist the Regional Onsite Support team with IT desktop support services and/or IT project delivery. The successful IT Desktop Support will be offered an ASAP start to June 2025, with the view to extend.
The successful IT Desktop Support will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Providing second-level support for systems and production environments, including collaboration with other IT resolver groups to complete incident tickets and service requests.
* Actioning the team’s ticket queues and subsequent resolution actions.
* Taking ownership of customer issues and requests by proactively managing a positive client experience and ensuring results are communicated to the client clearly.
The successful IT Desktop Support will have experience in the following:
* Experience supporting operating environments such as Active Directory, Win10/11 laptops, and workstations, M365, Azure Virtual Desktops and iOS.
* Proven experience in a technical support role, supporting large numbers of users nationally.
* Exposure in M365 Power apps, Intune, Netskope, and Video Conferencing is highly desirable.
* Ability to effectively utilise Ivanti or similar IT Service Management tools.
