About The Role:The Duty Manager will be a key player in overseeing the venue's operations.
With experience in managing high-paced environments, they will ensure smooth operations across the Bistro, Bar, Functions and Gaming.
This role involves leading, training, and managing staff.
You will have a solid background in budget management, achieving KPIs, and rostering will be crucial for effective venue management.
While focusing on the bigger picture, the Duty Manager will also need to be hands-on during busy periods, using strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service.Your Skills and Experience:The successful candidate will be required to have the following attributes.
* Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality including RSA & RSG * Experience in Pubs, Hotels or Clubs * Experience in Gaming, P.O.S, Booking systems * Experience in running small teams of staff and have great customer service & training* Dynamic, energetic and positive energy and a hands-on leaderYour Benefits and Rewards:* Competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 + Super * Family friendly environment* Flexible roster with one day off on the weekend* Future development and growth* Proud owners who treat their staff with respect This role won't last long as the venue has great history, good people and culture who all have a common goal of providing great hospitality to their regulars.
