Starting your career in Investment Banking Division as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisition team, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. Senior bankers will get to know you - both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Performing valuation analyses
* Working on mergers and acquisitions
* Building detailed financial models and executing transactions from pitch to close
* Analyzing market data, building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations
* Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges.
* Learning how we help clients and communities to grow and polishing your technical skills
* Building your professional network with mentors, senior executives and others
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related disciplines
* Minimum 1 year of Finance experience from a leading organization
* Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
* Good understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and processes involved
* Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
* Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
