What’s the job?
The purpose of the Student Recruitment Manager is to manage and support the team of Future Student Advisors (FSAs) in achieving the growth requirements of the organisation. The Student Recruitment Manager will be required to ensure all FSAs are meeting expectations for all experiences within the early student lifecycle, Prospect to first Census. This includes lead and application management & facilitating a path for students to enrol into their required study program.
This role functions in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-oriented environment. You will manage three direct reports, and given the small team size, it involves a hands-on approach with a primary focus on selling.
Day-to-day accountabilities:
Focus on achieving and exceeding annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Call Monitoring and Coaching to ensure external calls are compliant and the team is providing exceptional customer service
Responsible for the professional development and mentoring of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Ensure customer journey activities are completed within agreed upon SLA’s by the team
Ensure Lead & Enrolment ownership rules are followed throughout the team at all times
Ensure Lead and Applicant management guidelines are adhered to at all times
Run Weekly or Fortnightly meeting with individual team members focusing on systems adherence, target forecasting, pipeline management
Actively monitor and maintain accurate individual & team sales reports
Ensure all reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner as directed by the Director and Head of Student Recruitment

Who you are:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience working in VET sales environment is essential
Proven experience in leading & motivating successful sales teams
Experience working in high volume, high pressure and target driven environments
Salesforce CRM experience application & reporting
Effective oral & written communication skills
Time management skills
Intermediate competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
