About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst to join our program based in either Adelaide or Melbourne, reporting to the Collaboration Platforms Manager.
You will be responsible for assisting with stakeholder management, user support, analysis, development and SharePoint administration and governance.
Develop and showcase your skills as you join the team in the early stages of the business's rapidly moving M365 journey.
This role requires occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday work for system maintenance when users are offline. These hours can be taken as time off in lieu (TOIL) at time and a half. After six months, you will be required to be on call once every 6 weeks for which you will receive an additional payment.
Key Responsibilities:
Working out of a JIRA queue, resolve high volumes of requests from the business. Drive high standards of communication with customers, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Take ownership for identifying and resolving system malfunctions. Develop and contribute to the definition of general specifications and support documentation. Design and build new internal system environments. Provide SharePoint advice to the business. About YOU
Microsoft SharePoint administration certification will be regarded. Experience working with SharePoint on premise and M365. Demonstrated prior experience in relevant environments. Ability to provide guidance on systems to colleagues, internal stakeholders and customers. Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships (across teams) and work with minimal supervision to resolve conflicts. Ability to demonstrate systems analysis skills, critical thinking and problem solving. Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
