Our Federal Government client is undergoing a major period of transformation with significant legislative reforms recently passed by Parliament. These reforms will extend Australia's existing anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation to include certain high-risk services, also known as tranche 2 entities. This includes designated services provided by lawyers, accountants, trust and company service providers, real estate agents, and dealers in precious metals and stones.
