**What’s the role?**
Medium Rare is hiring an Account Manager to support the Account Director in servicing key clients. The primary responsibility is the smooth running of the administrative areas of the account. The role will require a professional with experience in client service, project management, and a proven track record of attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
**Key requirements and core responsibilities**
+ Develop and foster an excellent working relationship with the client
+ Project management of other ad hoc jobs as required and relevant, working with Account Director/ Content Director to ensure smooth and efficient running of designated projects including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, client liaison
+ Assist Account Director in preparing proposals, production plans, and reporting
+ Manage production schedules and magazine distribution, and updating when necessary, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
+ Assist the client with any ad hoc support as and when necessary
**Who are you?**
+ Are enthusiastic and are a self-motivated team player
+ Have minimum 3 years experience in a client facing role and managing multiple stakeholders
+ Have a sound knowledge of content on digital channels (owned and earned)
+ Can multi-task confidently and productively
+ Have a high degree of attention-to-detail
+ Work to tight deadlines and never miss them
+ Have excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Are extremely organised
Experience working in an advertising agency would be highly regarded.
