What you´ll do
Plan, manage and evaluate the logistics operations across domestic and international transportation, warehousing and inventory deployment to deliver excellent service to customers at optimal cost.Lead the customer service team to ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues; optimize the order fulfilment processes and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency.Create and implement best practices, policies, and processes to improve logistics and customer service efficiency.Manage financial performance of logistics operations costs vs budget.
Investigate and analyze discrepancies and variations.
Initiate corrective actions where required; identify, develop and deliver productivity initiatives using Lean methodologies to improve operational and financial performance.Organize and run market tenders in liaison with procurement to benchmark warehousing/freight operations and scope savings opportunities.Drive a strong safety culture in logistics operations ensuring compliance with Henkel guidelines; ensure compliance with import/export/customs regulations and Henkel Global SOP.Set the strategic agenda for the future of Henkel Logistics Network in the ANZ region; continuously monitor set KPIs (OTIF, OTD, CN).
Report and conduct investigations of KPI misses and implement corrective actions.Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, supporting them to meet agreed objectives, maximize their capability, and potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
