In this role, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, driving online sales through a seamless and captivating shopping experience. You will harness your expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance customer retention, engagement, and growth, while also managing and optimizing our paid media strategy and budget. This position demands a unique combination of creative vision, strategic insight, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance the customer journey. Oversee the day-to-day management of our ecommerce platform, email marketing and digital advertising ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction. Manage operation of Shopify ecommerce platform EDM creation, approval process and schedule Utilize CRM tools to segment customers, personalize marketing efforts, and drive loyalty programs. Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all social media channels Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to implement and optimize digital campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Manage the ecommerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI. Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce and CRM technologies, trends, and best practices. Work with graphic designer to ensure all creative assets across all digital touch points are on brand on time and meet performance metrics working budgets Utilise all content from campaign, video, press, influencer press, in-house imagery in an engaging and cohesive manner across paid and organic channels Qualifications: Degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the fashion industry. Proven expertise in CRM systems and strategies, with a strong track record of driving customer engagement and retention. Experience in digital advertising, preferably in the fashion and beauty industry. Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for fashion and digital innovation.
