Location: Warners Bay, NSW
Salary: $73,000 ~ $75,000 plus Superannuation
As a Chef, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
* Managing team schedules and controlling food costs
* Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
* Leading, training, developing, and inspiring your team while instilling company values
* Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
* Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organisational, time, and resource management skills
* Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies
* Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations
To qualify for this role, you must have:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
* The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
