About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Pathway To Good Health (PTGH) initiative. The successful candidate will provide health assessment and care management plans for children entering statutory care settings.
The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to assess children with complex behavioral and developmental needs, and contributing to the development of comprehensive health management plans.
About the Pathway To Good Health Initiative
The PTGH initiative aims to facilitate health screening, assessment, referral, and health planning for children in care. It seeks to improve system integration between health and child protection systems, ensuring that children receive continuity of care.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide highly specialised clinical psychology assessment to children with complex behavioral and developmental needs.
* Contribute to the development of comprehensive health management plans using evidence-based recommendations and resources.
* Participate in case reviews and provide high-level specialist discipline-specific support to external providers.

* Experience in assessing and managing children with complex behavioral and developmental presentations.
* Excellent communication skills.

* Experience providing trauma-informed care.
* An understanding of the social determinants of health.
Estimated Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
