In collaboration with the F&B Operations Manager and Executive Chef, this role sets the tone for exceptional dining experiences.ResponsibilitiesTo be a successful candidate you must be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster, particularly nights and weekends, and is responsible for:Managing and supervising the restaurant team and serviceEnsuring superior restaurant service is provided to all guestsOverseeing the operational efficiency of the shift, including effective supervision and trainingMaximising revenue opportunities and maintaining cost controls across Joseph's restaurantCurating seasonal beverage listsTraining and development of the teamAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Experience in a similar role working in restaurantsAvailability to work nights to manage dinner serviceA strong guest focus with excellent communication and customer service skillsEnergetic and driven, able to motivate and lead a team to achieve desired outcomesFlexible and reliableHands-on!
